Featured Pets of the Week

Mica is a playful 2 year old short haired Calico who loves her toy mouse. She’s figured out that if she tosses it out of her cage, one of us will always stop to give it back… we’re starting to suspect that Mica is playing us! She also has her quieter times and loves her cat naps. She has been vaccinated and received Revolution for total parasite control. Before going to her forever home, she will be spayed and tested for Feline Leukemia and AIDS. She will come with a cat tag and 6 weeks of free limited Pet Plan insurance. Please contact the Ontario SPCA at 519-354-1713 or ontariospcakent@yahoo.ca for more info. Please visit www.petfinder.com for our adoptable pets.

My name is Lucky and I'm a good dog. I am a darling black and tan 1-2 year old German Shepherd mix. I have been at the shelter since early June. I am such a sweet girl and I'm so deserving of a new, loving forever home. I know how to sit, shake a paw and lie down. I adore running in the yard and playing fetch and I would just love to be placed with an active forever family who enjoys the outdoors as much as I do. I have been vaccinated and given Revolution total parasite control. Before I go home with you, I will be tested for heartworm and spayed. I will also come with 6 weeks of limited free Pet Plan insurance. Please contact the Ontario SPCA at 519-354-1713 or email ontariospcakent@yahoo.ca for more details. Please visit www.petfinder.com for our adoptable pets.

Snowshoes got his name from a fairly rare inherited condition that cats have called polydactyly or extra toes. Snowshoes has multiple extra toes on both his front and hind feet. Although they're no cause for concern, they just require a couple of extra nail trims to care for him. He has a short coat with white and orange tabby markings and he is about 14 weeks old. His play behaviour is fearless and his curiosity is endless and he's always looking for a new friend or adventure. He has been vaccinated and given Revolution for parasite protection. Before going to his forever home, he will be neutered and tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline AIDS. He also comes with a cat tag and 6 weeks of free limited Pet Plan Insurance. Please contact the Ontario SPCA at 519-354-1713 or email ontariospcakent@yahoo.ca for more details. Please visit www.petfinder.com for our adoptable pets.

Gizmo, Gadget and Gabby are 3 of the many kittens we have available for great homes. These 3 girls are about 10 weeks old with Tortoiseshell markings and short coats. They all have lots of kitten energy and love to play and explore. They have been vaccinated and dewormed. Before going to their adoptive home, they will be tested for Feline Leukemia and AIDS and spayed. All cats come with a tag and 6 weeks of free limited Pet Plan Insurance. Please contact the Ontario SPCA at 519-354-1713 or email ontariospcakent@yahoo.ca for more details. Please visit www.petfinder.com for our adoptable pets.

My name is Cash and I'm a good dog. I am a mellow 6-8 year old neutered male, Yellow Lab mix. I am such a nice, easygoing boy. I am friendly and I enjoy human affection and attention. I know basic commands and walk nicely on a leash. I would be the perfect pet for someone who would enjoy the companionship of a laid back dog. Please give me a second chance at a new life. In return, I promise to give you lots of unconditional love. I have been vaccinated and dewormed and given Revolution parasite control. Before I go home with you, I will be tested for heartworm. I will also come with 6 weeks of limited free Pet Plan insurance. Please visit www.petfinder.com for our adoptable pets. Please contact the Ontario SPCA Kent Branch at 519-354-1713 or email ontariospcakent@yahoo.ca for more details.

Minouche is a playful, alert and very energetic kitten. She is about 5 months old with a short coat and calico markings. She has lots of kitten energy to spare. Although she gets along with other cats, she also enjoys playing by herself. She is very well behaved, gentle and litter trained. She has been vaccinated and dewormed and will be spayed and tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline AIDS (FIV) before being adopted. She comes with a cat tag and 6 weeks of free limited Pet Plan insurance. Please visit www.petfinder.com for our adoptable pets. We Need Your Help!
With the large number of kittens we’ve been taking in lately, we are running desperately low on kitten food and cat litter. We use plain, dry kitten food without any added flavours or colours. We only use plain clay cat litter – the non-clumping type as everyone gets a completely clean and disinfected litter box to start the day.
