On-line Donations

Now you can donate to the Kent Branch online through our secure website. You can choose:
- a general donation (one-time or monthly)
- a tribute donation (to recognize a birthday, anniversary, wedding or othe special event)
- In Memory donation (to remember a passed relative, friend or pet).

For Tribute and In Memory donataions, we will send a card in your name to the people you would like to recognize.

Volunteers

The Ontario SPCA - Kent County Branch is always in need of dedicated volunteers.

Volunteers can assist by:

Grooming and socializing shelter dogs and cats, working at fund raising events, bingos and public awareness events or offering temporary homes for ill, injured, pregnant or nursing animals.

Volunteers must be 18 years of age. Volunteers can be 16 years of age if covered by their school, church or community service organization.

Supporters

The Ontario SPCA greatly needs your financial support to continue our programs and services. Tax receipts are issued for donations of $10.00 and over. Your support is greatly appreciated.

HELPFUL THINGS:

1. We can accept Zellers/HBC rewards points. We use these points to purchase items for our auctions and raffle prizes. To convert your points to the shelter please click here.

2. Let us prepare your Birthday, Wedding, Anniversary or Seasonal Cards to celebrate the special occasion.

WISH LIST

If you are unable to donate financially to our shelter, the following items are always needed:

• Plain, dry, non-clumping cat litter
• Canadian Tire Money
• Sobey's and Zehrs cash register tapes
• Cleaning supplies: bleach, Vim, dish soap, laundry detergent.
• Plain, dry cat/dog or kitten/puppy food (no special colours or flavours)
• Towels and blankets in good condition
• Washable plastic/rubber cat toys
• Rawhide chews
• Kong toys
• Rubber gloves
• Office supplies (envelopes, paper, staples, tape, ect.)
